Our personal trainers are here for you, offering tailored programs designed to suit your individual fitness needs. We’ll guide you every step of the way, providing guidance and form advice to reduce the risk of injury and help you maximise your workout.

Boxing

Pads and Gloves based cardio session, that targets the whole body , improving coordination and confidence. You don't need a partner, we will parter you with someone of similar fitness

Strength and
conditioning

Total body workout incorporating kettlebells and dumbbells improving overall strength whilst conditioning your cardio fitness. Time based session, working at your own pace.

Fat Burner

Will push your fitness levels to the max. Using a combination of body weight and cardio resistance This session will become a necessity in your weekly regime.

UPPER BODY SCULPT

Sculpt is all about toning and strengthening the upper body. We use resistance training to build and strengthen all the good areas chest, shoulders, arms and Core.

Lower Body Sculpt

Sculpt is all about toning and strengthening the lower body. We use resistance training to build and strengthen all the good areas Glues, 

Quads, Calves and Core.

Friday Finisher

We finish the week strong with this total body strength and conditioning session. Targeting all the main muscle groups you will be toning and improving cardio fitness.

Saturday Strength

Sculpt is all about toning and strengthening the lower body. We use resistance training to build and strengthen all the good areas Glues, 

Quads, Calves and Core.

Saturday Smash

Full Body High Intensity endurance based session. This session will raise your heart rate, burn calories and get you moving better. An amazing all round workout.

Over 55's

Our over 55's sessions are focused on strength through movement and longevity of mobility. Our coaches will modify the session to your mobility needs.

We also offer Mobility training program 3 days a week Tuesday 5:30pm, Thursday 4:30pm Saturday 8am

It effects how your body feels when you wake up in the morning, the ease of your daily activities, how limber you stay as you get older, your overall fitness strength and performance.Mobility has a tremendous impact on your quality of life ... because when you can move better, you just plain feel better

MO-BIL-I-TY

The ability to move freely and easily. It's the active range of motion through your joints and muscles.

As you can imagine, mobility is vital when it comes to having a body that performs for you in everyday life.


It’s being able to reach overhead to get something off the top shelf or easily bending down to pick up something on the floor.


Or even being able to turn your head to look over your shoulder.


And it’s also about getting into a deep squat or performing Olympic lifts safely!


But it’s often confused with flexibility because the two are so intertwined.


It can help to think of mobility as “applied flexibility.”
